Co-Creating with Sile Walsh: Inclusive Leadership

This conversation is a co-creation with Sile Walsh, a beautiful spirit who met with me for the first time with her open heart, wisdom, and being-ness.

i enjoyed sharing with her about leadership and co-creation, which we both have in common in our creations.

For her, leadership is a holistic role within a group in service to a group. It is not related to a specific person but to the situation in which someone assumes or does not have the leadership role.

However, self-leadership is essential for assuming the leadership role when needed.

Leadership is about dancing in the giving and receiving, a co-creation process offered for everyone's needs.

Leadership has three crucial parts: Knowing, doing, and being.
