In our oftentimes busy lives, we sometimes need to consciously take the time off for a moment and check in with ourselves. How am I feeling today? How is my state of mind today? How is my body feeling at this very moment? Is there anything I can do to improve my state of being? What does my body need right now? What can I choose right now to make myself feel even better?  

This is a reminder to cherish your body, cherish your health and ask yourself what steps can you take to improve it even more.

Health is one of the most significant aspects of our lives and affects everything we do. We all know that we need to drink water, stay active and eat healthy. Just as important is to pay attention to what we put into our bodies and what environments and people we surround ourselves with. We can take vitamins, eat healthy diet and drink water but if we don't deal with what is going on our minds and hearts, we are still going to be unhealthy. If we keep our bodies healthy all the time, we are preventing the illnesses instead of fixing them when they're already here. That is what true health means for me.  

This is a reminder to cherish your body, cherish your health and ask yourself what steps can you take to improve it even more.
