This is Rebecca, our intern. We asked her to write a post where she could share her aspirations and tell us what made her work with us. Rebecca is a young lady with a big heart in search of her path. We are very proud of her: in a short time she has become part of who we are. And the best thing is, that she will always be part of what PiMov is.

"When you look around, you see so many NGO's engaging for a social cause, so many social projects impacting in a positive way. But still, we see the same issues in the world, we still seek to solve the same problems and it seems, as we are never finding a solution. The problem seems too big and it seems to be everywhere. Who am I, to make it finally change? What can I do as a single person to have a great impact on the world? 

It is true that when you want to change something, you first have to start with yourself and your own life. Do what feels good to you, stay true to yourself and your purpose and you will inspire others, who will follow you, because they feel your powerful glow. But what is next? What if there are people outside in the world, who feel the same way then you do? Wouldn't it be a great help to be able to connect with them?

I believe that we need collaboration community to change the world and to modify the obsolete systems; to really make a change happen, we need to connect to people having the same mindset.

My name is Rebecca and currently studying sustainable management in Berlin. I came to Barcelona to do an internship of four month. But that was only the frame. In truth I came here, to find myself and to get to know me better. The internship at YouTooday but especially for the PiMov inspired me a lot and I am happy to contribute to this community. I feel empowered and inspired. I feel that by means of this movement, by changing the way we think about business today, by modifying the obsolete systems, we can create something beautiful and powerful."
