I shared how my own thoughts and emotions showed me what needed to be healed in me, to come back to my light. Now I would like to explore the reflections in external reality and how much we can learn from this realm of mirrors we live in.
One of the greatest teachers are relationships with people who are very close to us. The qualities we see in them, whether we admire them or not, are our mirrors and are showing us something about ourselves.

Everyone is your mirror, a projection of your consciousness. Other people's actions and reactions to us can be a powerful indicator of where you're lacking faith in yourself. Instead of getting upset and angry with these people, take the time to ask yourself how you've invited this response into your life. One of the greatest teachers are relationships with people who are very close to us. The qualities we see in them, whether we admire them or not, are our mirrors and are showing us something about ourselves. We can't change other people, but we can take the step back, and see if there is something in us that needs to be healed. Have you noticed how much your relationships change when you are conscious about them being a reflection of yourself? Then there is no room for blame and judgement, no room for being a victim. You have probably heard the saying that be the change you want to see.

I have noticed that life gives us the same challenges and experiences until we choose to do something differently. For example, if before, we were guided by fear and the same type of situation comes up, but this time we choose love, we have changed the story and reprogrammed our system. All kinds of situations and experiences, all types of people we meet on our journey, can teach us so much about ourselves if we have the eyes to see that.
