When you listen to the music or are in the presence of any kind of sounds, do you consciously think about how it affects your state of being? Recently I've been starting to pay more attention to the sounds that I surround myself with because they do have a big impact on us, whether we think about it or not. 

Gong Bath is bathing in the healing sound waves that offer many health benefits and help us tune into a healthy state of being.

When listening to the music, I choose what makes me feel good, but I also try to be aware of the song lyrics because they're like mantras that are repeated to us and are therefore programming the mind. I'm really into conscious and medicine music and recently have discovered the power of Gong Bath.

Gong Bath is bathing in the healing sound waves that offer many health benefits and help us tune into a healthy state of being. I think Gong Bath supports meditation and is great if you're starting your meditation journey.  

Sounds are helping me to stay observant in different aspects of my life. When I hear a particular sound, I try to ask myself questions like "How does it make me feel?" or "What could be the reason I'm experiencing such resistance to this specific sound?". I have found that observing, accepting and allowing are such keys to balanced inner worlds, and I'm so glad sound medicine has encouraged me to apply observation to any situation, thought, feeling, an emotion that comes up.
